can you give me a quite for a strat neck with these specs?

1 11/16 @ nut
floyd locking nut
strat headstock with holes for schaler tuners
truss rod adjustment @ headstock
glued on maple fretboard (no skunkstripe)
no inlays
medium fretwire (not 100% on this one.. is there a major price diff between types of fretwire?)
9.5 fretboard radius (not 100% on this one either)

these are the basics..

now the special part
i'd like the neck to have a fretboard overhang of 3 frets ( making for a 24 fret neck (kinda like a sawn off warmoth 24 fret overhang)

i think i'm gonna go down to the store tomorrow, see how the amp is going along and ask them about financing on that bad boy .. though, i'll have to be content with the rosewood fretboard on the strat for a while =/
