I forgot my gold Centenary flying V too.  it can get a little out of control.  logically, there is no sense in having all these guitars.  but well, logic sort of goes out the window when it comes to passions :)

Absolutely!

I'm always envious of anyone who's got any kind of sofa - my place is so cluttered there's no room for such a thing.

That's all your own doing, Phil - stay away from Warmoth!

That's a great looking guitar from the very best year to be born (not that I am, in any way, biased). I always fancied a year-of-my-birth guitar but any that I've tried (all Strats to date) have been stinkers with quite absurb price tags for what they are. One day I'll find something that does it for me. Congrats on the latest addition to the stable.

thanks for all the positive comments, guys.  Andrew, yes i agree, i've tried a few mid 70's Fenders and i thought they were all awful, and the prices being put on them is ludicrous, especially considering it's not that long since you couldn't give them away! this Les Paul cost me just something similar to a new one.  that being said, one of the worst guitars i've ever played was a 1975 Les Paul Deluxe! really awful
