Just a bit of fun, but I liked this - there were some really good caricatures of some great players.

I actually saw this about a week and a half ago #hipster :)

But I loved it, really enjoyed the George Lynch, Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert style solos, as well as his own one.

Scary!

The Vinnie Moore bit really jumped out at me, he caught his style and tone very accurately (I spent a lot of time listening to VM's first two albums many years ago!)

I thought he got the essence down of the guitarist he was imitating very well. Don't know if imitating is the right word there, but I don't function very well at 7:30 in the morning.

I found all of this impressive other than the Andy Laroque part. That made Andy seem really power and didn't really show anything of his style or phrasing in general.

Great video though

This guys a great player but I get what you mean.  Needless to say all the guitarists listed are awesome but I found it interesting that he put 3 of my fave crazy guitarists La Rocque, Friedman and Schuldiner together that I dont think he immitated that well and I dont know any one that could without just playing what they did note for note. The 3 are mega shredders who to me when theyre on form had a ridiculous stlye that feels as if it shouldnt make any sense ....dunno if they were self indulgent or what but to me theyre proof you dont always have to 'play for the song' and you can just go off on one and its $%&#ing killer!
