Changing out one PUP in a calibrated set - bad idea?

I currently have a calibrated set of Aftermaths, and I am also getting in another Aftermath bridge with a cover that I really like. I am wondering if it would be a bad idea to replace the bridge of the calibrated set with a PUP that is not calibrated for the neck? I'm okay with an almost negligible sound difference, but if there were to be a drastic change of sound, especially for the worse, I'd rather not tinker with the PUPs and just put the single bridge in another guitar. It seems like it shouldn't be an issue, but I'd rather check with some experts first!  :D

I do not think this should be an issue as calibrated does not mean that those exact two PU are tweaked in detail work to fit each other, it is just that their types / models fit together well in a set.
Of course since they are scatterwound there might be very small differences, but really nothing to worry about at all.

I'm pretty shure you can have a new cover fitted to your bridge pickup if you don't want to risk a new one. I don't know if there's a big and very noticable difference between a calibrated set and a set of the same model which isn't calibrated, but I think it'll be ok.

I've previously considered having a cover fitted but it'll just end up costing me another decent chunk of money that could be better spent - it's just aesthetics at the end of the day.

Thanks for the replies, I was thinking the same sort of thing, especially since it's literally the same model for the same position
