Yes - a little Christmas present to myself - a Juan Solo Klone!

Wasn't expecting it 'til the new year, so it was a surprise on Christmas Eve - had a quick blast with it, and it's fecking awesome.

My re-jigged pedal board is attached... removed so much stuff.

Nice :D

I thought royal mail has been pretty slow this past while (I'm in NI, though), but maybe they're pulling out all the stops for christmas. I got some stuff today that I thought was touch-and-go whether it'd arrive.

There may be knew klones in the new year some time. But I wanted to run out the old ones with a pair of posh 'uns.

New ones, if they come out right, will be in an MXR sized box and using a unique-ish (unique to here, it'll be a production pedal in Canada) board. Still no idea when and if it'll happen though.

As long as it sounds like my current one Jon I'm definitely interested! Would be even better if it was in that gold colour too!

I ordered those enclosures in early October... They have been a monument PITA to get hold of.  :D

If we end up getting out own powder coating gear then maybe... It all comes down to the quality of the factory Camden Boss powder coating (only available in white I'm afraid, getting one to try on the next order) as to what the new ones will be ;)

FWIW they all sound near as damnit identical apart from the one that intentionally wasn't the same. There's always a tiny bit of variance, usually down to the germ diodes and other tolerances, but we do try to keep them all as similar as possible. However, without having them plugged in together and switching them as you played, you'd not be able to tell.

OK, so just had my first band practice with the Klone.

Dear God, it's good!  I mean really, really good - everything you need in one box, all available at 9, 12 and 3 o'clock on the gain. Just amazing clarity, even at 3 o'clock on the gain, driven but super clear.

It's really good!  And it made me sound good...  Which is amazing!
