Both the Crawler and the Holydiver are warm and have a lot of midrange. They both sing and like bright guitars. There is a lot of overlap in what they can do well. The overall character is a bit different in the way that the Crawler is more on the vintage toned classic rock side whereas the Holydiver screams 80s rock and hard rock.

Cheers Stephan

This! I have a Crawler/IT's loaded swampashstrat. Great combo. The Crawler has still some PAF-pedigree, but has more beef, relatively soft lowend, round but not dull highs. Solid versatile rockpickup, but not really the first choice for metal. The Diver will do that better.

Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.
