I am guessing that if you have noise issues they arise from loop pedals not being isolated from front-end pedals. This seems to cause most of the issues with noise, besides power supplies that simply go bad.
That Harley Benton supply is very close to the T-Rex Junior in specs. Differences are in the set of cables (my Junior came with a current doubler and a voltage doubler, daisy chain, and a heap of others ... I don't use most of them besides the voltage doubler though because they have straight ends for some reason. The cables with the Chameleon had angled ends), the lack of the 115/230V switch, and most crucial for me perhaps the fact that the power cable is hard-wired into the unit (I can replace mine if anything happens to it, use different lengths, buy one with a different plug if I decide to take it to Japan, etc). If taking it out of the country is only an abstract consideration for you at this point and you don't have a dog that might chew through the cable or are clumsy or in a band with idiots who damage your stuff then it's probably just as good provided the internal components are up to spec.
On the current draw issue though, looking at the specs of your pedals all of them together are under 120mA
Main advantage of a new power supply would be to isolate them from one another, which is really only an advantage if you are experiencing noise somewhere.
Seems like your issue is elsewhere. If it is intermittent I suspect it is a jack. Try cleaning them with CRC Contact Cleaner
