sultans Vs irish tours

So, Sultans or Irsh tours...
 Which of the two would be better suited to clean, glassy sounds from the middle position of an alder bodied super strat? (think Hey you - by pink floyd)

 I'd be playing slow arpegious with nice reverb and a lil bit of chorus (if thats even relevant lol)

The Sultans would sound brighter, the tours would have more midrange. There's a comparison I did of the IT, Apaches and Mothers Milk in the players room:

The Apaches are slightly rounder in the very high end and have a slight mid hump compaired to the sultans.

The Mothers Milks may be a good choice too!
