5 way pick up selection

It possible to get a fender 5 way to do;

Neck.
1. Hum
2. Hum split/single
3. Hum, hum
4. Hum split/ single
5. Hum
Bridge.

With a HH set up. 1 volume  1 tone.

I thought I could figure it out but my knowledge needs a boost from you guys.
