Ok, others will have to chime in, but I recon something that will get you close to the Apache in HB form would be the Stormy Monday. There you can at least adjust the height on the screws too.

I am building a 7 string but i want the bluesy strat (apache) tone in the neck when split. I wanted to put a war pig in the bridge. is there any other neck pickup to pair with the warpig with it being so high in output? would there be a noticeable volume change or something like that?
