Guitar is equipped with Aftermaths, wired with 1meg pots, through an Axe-Fx 2... sounds really good to my ears! (y)

I don't think you can embed.

Some of the greatest riffs known to man! Anyone who can't appreciate Venom's songwriting has problems, IMHO, even if their execution of the material was often sloppy in practice (or lack thereof!).

The guitar sounds good.  I tried playing Venom on my Explorer when it had Warpigs in it and it was horrible, too dark to sound like Venom.  Cold Sweat or Rebel Yell is probably what I would have went for, but the Aftermath sounds good here, and you demostrate that it doesn't have to be djent dry 24/7

Venom tuned to C# standard on all of the early stuff, you should have just dropped it down a half step, I'm sure the strings would have coped, they look fairly meaty

My thoughts exactly! If I wanted to "demonstrate" anything with this medley, it`s was just that. Very underrated band, checking out live clips of `em from the early eightees too... raw energy at it`s finest!

Thanx! I started this jamming on "At War With Satan", which is in standard D tuning. I guess that tuning got kinda stuck in my head. Was supposed to play everything in its original tuning, but ended up transposing `em to all to D for flow of the composition. Truth be told, I`m not really high(or low!?) on lower tunings though, so D standard is often the darkest I go...
