I see. Well, my Nantuckets seem to be unpotted when I look at them underneath the cover, but they might be potted even though it doesn't show. They feedback at different notes than the Mules, and need some more gain and/or volume to achieve it, but then they feedback even more than the Mules! The Mules on the other hand are more consistent, and the feedback is more or less exactly the same regardless of gain and volume. But you are totally right Kiichi, and I really don't care as long as the feedback is desirable and not horrible pig squealing

Stormy Mondays are great pickups, and I would certainly love a set! At some point later in life I will have a collection of guitars, with one for every pickup set BKP make! But rlght now I don't need more than my two 20 year olds (Gibsons)
BKs: Black Dog (b), Riff Raff (b), HSP90 Nantucket (b).

I'll just give my opinion on the mule set.  I installed them in my 2008 Les Paul Classic goldtop.  I plug into a Phaez AFD (modeled after the Marshall Slash model).  As soon as I plugged it in the first time I had the best tone I've ever had in my life.
I previously had the cold sweats and since then I've had Emeralds and Abraxas sets but the Mules are definitely "my pickups".
