Modern shred pups for Strat and RG

so I've got a USA strat with noiseless n3s in and an Ibanez RG570 with HSH that's got EMGS.

Im looking to replace both with something modern and clear. I mostly play in the hard rock/metal/shred styles. For the strat I want something that retains the strat sound but works with more modern amps, I'm not trying to play modern metal with this but Id like it to react well with higher gain amps. Im not playing through fender amps, usually a Kemper with Mesa Mark or JCM800 style sounds. Trilogy Suites were suggested to me by the BKP guy but my concern is that it won't sound like a strat and closer to a P90.

For the Ibanez i'm after something bit more prog metal/shred. Ive always loved the older Petrucci sound (awake era) and I enjoy my jazz/Duncan distortions in my Les Pauls a lot. In the past I had a riff riff and Pankiller in my Musicman but I didn't enjoy so much so I went back to the original pickups which I still like. PK was bit too grinding. Im mostly after clarity and there's a chance I may tune this guitar to C#.

Are you keeping the middle pickup in the Ibanez or converting it to HH?

I was originally thinking to keep it. Im not a big fan of the single coil but I presumed id have to get a scratchplate if I modified it

 My initial interest was Nailbombs, alnico neck and ceramic bridge and the true grit single. Ive been reading though and the VHII neck has peaked my interest as well as the Ragnoroks

You could disconnect it and lower it down to pickguard level so that your hand doesn't hit it.

I changed my Schecter Stiletto 6-FR from HSS to HH with a new pickguard and new neck pickup rout, that was a lot more work.

I'm not sure on a shred set but I would probably get something other than Nailbombs for that.  I would be looking more at the Holy Diver, VHII, Juggernaut, Impulse, or alnico Black Hawk.  I have found the alnico Black Hawk to be excellent in my Schecters and both pickups in the set are great shredding pickups.  I suspect the Holy Diver and Impulse bridges are also good for this

Juggernauts sound EXCEPTIONAL in a basswood body / maple neck Ibanez RG.  The pickup really disappears and you hear the voice of the guitar.   Powerful, expressive, balanced and articulate.  Great for leads and solos as well as rhythm.

I like the Ibanez Core 2502N switch for pickup selection options:  Neck Series, Neck Parallel, Neck and Bridge Series,  Inner coils split, Bridge Series.

Is the True Grit bridge like a lighter tighter Holy Diver? And the neck similar to a Cold Sweat neck?

I play most of the time metal ( 80's to modern/prog) and have a nailbomb set in an rg2620 with the typical rg 5 way wiring, the amps i use are an engl savage, marshall dsl100h and an orange jim root terror and the pickups sound really perfect tru all of them.

I wouldn't say lighter
It's actually louder and punchier than a Holy Diver, but less mid-centric
It's bassier than the holy diver, but still has a tighter response
It has a flatter more modern voicing
The neck voicing is closer to a vhII, but a little middier and less hollow
