Short answer: Holydiver. Thick aggressive mids, addictive singing lead tone.
Long answer: Holydiver, unless your guitar is very dark acoustically, as the top end is quite smooth. If your guitar is lacking in high end or is bassy or boomy, then maybe look at the Rebel Yell.
I also had a nice chat with Ben at the Guitar Show in Birmingham this weekend, and he touched on the Holydiver and the Silo, as they're not wildly dissimilar. The Silo is apparently a bit thicker in the low end (The Right To Go Insane clip there is fairly chunky, but that's probably the Mustaine sig actives rather than his JB/tweaked JB "Thrasher") and has a bit more high end cut, but being symmetrical coils and double screws rather than the asymmetrical coils of the Holydiver, it's less open at the very high end. I haven't tried one, so I'm just going on what I was told, so take this with a pinch of salt until someone who's had both chimes in.
So to summarise, Holydiver is your first port of call, but also consider the Rebel Yell if you want brighter, or Silo if you want thicker.
