I like JTM45s alot but they don't have alot of clean headroom - you're getting into Stones/Free territory by 5 on the volume with average PAF type humbuckers.

Seriously Willo, if you want to go for anything like a JTM45 or 50w plexi then a 50w Selmer T&B will kick the arse off either of those two amps (AND they're cheap).  The Selmer is just has better note seperation - pretty much the same overall volume and amount of gain (when dimed).
