Just a quick request. My old guitar had shitety pickups, but my new one has an EMG 81 in it.. just the one :D I am still tempted to switch it out for a bareknuckle pickup of some kind.
But I need a good reference, all this crazy riffin on songs I don't really play is cool and all. I need to hear something that I can play as well - ie. a Lamb of God song is best, or Master of Puppets, something like that.
Can anybody help me out?
my setup is a Jackson christian olde wolbers signature running straight into a mesa double rectifier on the stock 6L6 (I think) tubes. channel 1 is crystal clean, channel 2 is tight with about 2/3 gain and channel 3 is screaming mesa boogie high gain.
