Stormy Mondays in a PRS Custom 24, played clean.
« on: November 18, 2006, 09:26:43 AM »
Here's a quick & dirty demo of my PRS Custom 24 with Storm Mondays. The amp used was a'74 Princeton Reverb with a Weber C10S speaker, close mic'ed with an AKG D660S off-axis and recorded through a Line 6 Toneport UX-1 into Reaper.

The first part of the demo, "The arpeggiated bit" uses the pickups tapped in sequence: Neck, Neck & Bridge, Bridge.

The second bit uses them untapped, again sequencing through the pickup combinations: Neck, Neck & Bridge, Bridge.

Cheers - Steve

Thanks for that- very nice tone. One of these days I will get a humbucker guitar ( or maybe a P90 loaded-can't make up my mind) and I would like a set of Stormies.
