OK, what he's playing isn't all that complex or anything but it's still good to see how he picks things and his use of timing to create nuances in what is basically the same riff over and over again. I'm also a big fan of that traditional blues percussive "donk" on the bottom E on each beat of the bar.
Another couple of things worth noting: No singer, no matter how good their voice is should ever attempt to do a Howlin' Wolf song, it just isn't possible to do it justice and also that Levon Helm somehow manages to look older than Hubert despite being 20 years younger!
