If you are really careful you may be able to stay in bed whilst you change the pups-word of warning, don't spill solder on the quilt cover.

Kinda funny story - I was doing some soldering and for some reason I accidentally left the iron on my bed instead of on the stand. Anyway I burnt through the bed covers and a hole straight through the mattress

OK, I'm lost now, are you still selling the Scheter or keeping it to put that gold 'pig into? :)

I am sorry my crazy friend but you did say how lazy you were. Now you should know not to give me ammunition like that.

& FWIW it's not a waste having some spare sets lying around.  You'll use them eventually - in fact, you'll need them eventually.

I've just done a quick count & there are 27 sets in my tool box, + a few odd sets in various guitar cases, + several BKP sets (or Framus or whatever they are that Tim sends with them) in a drawer somewhere.

If someone wants the Schecter they can buy it from me, i don't mind whether i keep it or not.

The pig is going into my good old Explorer.

if you're putting a new BKP in your guitar then you owe it to yourself to put some new strings on - anything else is just being a tight-arse.
