Never! High tax countries like (since recently) Germany or traditionally Belgium couldn't survive with less tax income. And the lower tax governments like UK would probably love to increase.

There will be either no harmonisation, or, if they do, they adapt to the highest standards.

Ideally they won't, as this arbitrage makes live interesting for us, doesn't it ...

Maybe compared to Germany we are low taxed Hunter but it sure doesn't feel that way here. My tongue was planted very firmly in my cheek when i posted that.
Hey Nick, the drummer postie combination is extremely worrying. Lovely guy but a very strange one too- surprises me not one bit that the post arrives late-he has arrived late on more than one occasion when we play the quiet bit in "Badge".
