2x12 cabs - Framus vs Tube Town vs HH!

I actually think that the Framus cab looks pretty good. Anyway, replace the grille with black and it'll look like a Marshall cab :P

I just worry and procrastinate too much, almost to the epic levels of you, Dave :lol: If Dad lends me his card to use to order the Framus (Thomann dont accept Solo cards :(), I'll order it later on this week :D

I think it is important to make up your mind. But you know what, actually the most useful thing to research for is the one place where you can get with your top and guitar and where you can test most possible different type of cabs (make appointment beforehand). After that you can get the best price through research.

But discussing back and forth for days won't help as much as playing 5 different cabs for 1 minute each.

:lol: Well in the end, I weighed up the prices, and decided to go for a Tube Town British 2x12:



I will be getting black tolex, white piping and a black cloth, Marshall style :P The enclosure costs about £140 including postage and my custom options. I allready have a G12H, so I might get another one to go with it unless someone can tell me why I should get a V30 to go with it instead.

All in all, its costing about £200 which is roughly the same as Framus, though this is a bit lighter and more compact!

Hopefully! Oh, and about the size thing - if I could fill a fairly large room with my Fender HRDx 1x12, I'm sure this will manage just fine :P
