You could try www.eurotubes.com

I don't know if they're the cheapest but the tubes are decent quality.

I've had no problems with either Hotrox or Watford Valves.  fwiw, I'd stay clear of Eurotubes from my experience with them.

+1 for Watford Valves.  :D

I have not used Hot Rox for valves yet, but Watford Valves seem to do a wider range (including N.O.S ) plus the valve matching and advice more comprehensively.  Their website or telephone advice also provides guidance as to "tone tasting". I always think of them as the BKP of Valves.
