Yep, looks as minty as my 60 watter. I was interested in the cab as I haven't got a Klipp one but he wants too much cash for it (£400).

There's a 100w head on eBay at the moment for £400. Great amp for the money.

My clip used a Box of Rock - that's where all the distortion and a lot of the tone was coming from...

ahh..so was that the main difference as I much prefered the klipp to the little rock

Well it was a bit of both. The Little Rock can't get as clear as the Klipp. It always sounds thicker, even with the bass rolled off. Roll the bass too much and it cuts the mids too and sounds rubbish. You haven't got a mid control on the Little Rock - the bass/treble are interactive.

The Klipp thickens up when cranked :twisted:
