I am resoldering my Gibson custom and in the process i took the pickup covers off because they were not installed right causing alot of microphonics. When i took the cover of the middle position pickup off i noticed one coil had been shifted from its place and both coils dont line up next to eachother anymore.
Anyone know whats that is all about, it seems to have been done on purpose.
