You can still get new ones from Jim Dunlop as the Guitar Ace, Metal Ace and Bass Ace.  I don't know how close to the originals they are:

There's not much on eBay, so I'd guess old ones are hard to come by.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

I have the rackmount with the chorus/echo unit, and a bass belt unit.  I got my bass and first set new, but then after the original rackmount was stolen, I picked up another set on ebay pretty cheaply.  They are a bit noisy, and work a lot better if you have the footswitch for them.

I used to have the belt unit too, but the original not the new lite models.

They are all a bit noisy but if you want the Tom Scholtz processed sound, then they give it!
So many pickups, so little time

I read that the new ones (Dunlop) sound like pants and that's compared to the old ones which aren't exactly hi-fi.
I'd love a belt clip one, it's what Satriani used to record Not Of This Earth.
