Yup, there's no point amplifying something that sounds bad.  It'll just sound bad louder.  Like people with expensive stereo amps and cr@p CD players  :roll:

i think it's more the other way round. I tend to find an amp i like and keep it - i also think that the amp is the core of anybody's tone - i.e. you can plug any shitety squier strat into a Fender Twin and get a nice country sound, or a marshall and get a nice rock sound. The guitar is far more subtle difference. I bet you a drummer could hear the difference between that twin and that marshall, but maybe not a squier and a suhr through the same amp...?

good point too...did love my prosonic......but the downside was couldn't get above two most days...so not a practical choice.....the TT is sweet though
