He's a good custom guitar maker in the States. He makes Custom Jem's and the like for alot of the Jemsite users and is highly respected with his work. Some of his customs are spectacular but now I sound like im advertising... He's another great custom maker like a few on this very board 8)

Yes - have seen his work and it looks good
Was confusing over the name at first as Sims in the UK were doing a few Jem related things - esp doing stuff for Vai himself

thanks for the replys guys, Im always a bit curious of these slightly obscure and lesser known luthiers and companies, but judging from his pics the guitar looks flawless, also loving the carved top! Origionally i was thinking of getting a carvin shipped from the US, i guess ill just see what happens because i really cant decide.

unfortunately the bidding isnt working at the moment so i cant do anything until the bidding ends!

I didnt realise straight grained zebrano could be classifed on the AAAA scale.  not that the scale actually officially exists - but its usually used to describe figure, and this guitar has none!!

looks nice and all - but they could have at least finished it before taking photos!!

I'd never buy a super strat shape guitar but those sure look nice.
