So im intrested in getting a set of BK's for ethier my KV2 (alder body) or my iceman (mahogany body) depending on how much i like em. I Was looking main;t at the ceramic warpig and the painkillers

I want for the bridge a good pickup for thrash and heavy metal. Stuff like early metallica, megadeth, slayer, Dio but newer stuff like machinehead, trivium, KSE, CKY

and for the neck something good for smooth solos and good cleans

what do you suggest? i use a peavy 6505+ with no effects

I use the 5150-II with no, or very few effects. I've an Ibanez RG470F guitar, and my Miracle Man sounds SWEET. I am thinking of getting a ceramic warpig to go in there instead, though, and shifting the MM over to another guitar. I think that with either the Miracle Man or the Ceramic Warpig, you will find what you're after, but I'm leaning more towards the C-Pig because of my own preferences, I think!

^ that's for the bridge position.

I personally don't use the neck pickup (so I ripped it out!), but people round here will most likely suggest the Cold Sweat for the neck.

There ya go:
CS neck, C-Pig bridge.

Metallica, Megadeth and Dio I wouldn't go for a C-pig I don't think. Maybe a Holydiver? I don't know the other bands very well.

The bamds you mention and the guitars you have i say a Miracle Man. I'm very happy with the MM in my jackson  RR1. Like a EMG 81 but tad less output, sounds better overall, more bass, organic, crunchier, fat and its passive!! no more batteries :). I can't  speak for the warpig but the clips i have heard sounds awesome very heavy...perfect for Carcass heartwork sound, At the Gates ..Blinded by Fearish... anyone else?

the cold sweat is heaven in the neck po-sish.

to be honest the two eras you list are quite different, so you need a versatile pickup.i have a nailbomb bridge and its awesome for palm-muting and pinch harmonics and has an amazing lead tone too. the distortion is so pure and organic. and not emg saturated or unclear. i don't just play full out metal so it works for me.

however, if you want kse style pinched harmonics you want a ceramic pickup i reckon. they fly off the c-pig.

Nailbomb is a great option but the MM has THE POWER that you are after more output more guts. Anyone else ..opinion about this case?

I'm slightly surprised no-one has suggested the alnico Warpig - I have a set, and I reckon they'd be pretty good at covering all the bases mentioned.

The neck pickup is excellent clean, and the bridge has more than enough power for pretty much anything you'd care to throw at it. You'll certainly be able to get the KSE pinch harmonics from it. The Holy Divers are great, but it think they're better suited to the older stuff you mention, and even then there are more appropriate BKPs for that sound (Miracle Man)  -HDs are great for modern heavy rock though - Alice in Chains/Jerry Cantrell, Alter Bridge etc.

If you are set on the C-Pig for the bridge, you might do a lot worse than consider an alnico Warpig for the neck.
Warpigs.

yes i have both and for thrash i would say miracle man is the perfect pickup for the job.

The nailbomb is good but it lacks that certain something that thrash needs its not tight enough either
