Back to the Stratocaster fun and games then.
People, do any of you know where I can get a flame or quilt maple Strat body in Cherry Sunburst (or similar.......just not tobaccoburst - or marmite burst as the wife calls it!
). Also if I can get an all maple neck with the CBS style big fender headstock too it would be great.
I like Stew Macs stuff, but their all maple necks have the normal sized headstocks.
Warmoths stuff is truly superb, but getting well out of my price range when you're looking at essentially $400+ for the body and $300+ for the neck.
And Mighty Mite don't seem to sell direct.....you have to find dealers to get their stuff.
Any suggestions from those of you infinitely more in the know?
