In my experience, when you list something as "collection only" people
still contact you to ask if you'll post it - and not only to the UK. :roll:
He's said "Collection in person preferred. Courier collection possible but this is at the
buyers cost, arrangement and risk", so he's not offering to arrange postage under any circumstances.
I think the £1,000,000 is just, as Will says, a deterrent.
