Clicky switch.

I rewired my HSS strat today, popping in a P90 sized single (thanks Tom!). But the switch clicks. When changing positions while playing there is an audible click, which wasn't their before. I swapped over to a tele style 3 way switch (which is awesome! $%&# the 2 and 4!) and it's still there.

Also swapped over a pot, which works fine (the previous pot was wonky when turning up to 10).

As usual, everything is earthed properly and wired up to the Fender approved diagrams. Help.

To be honest, I don't know much of anything about strats as I play Les Pauls with humbuckers. But, I can tell you that I have had that problem before. Check out your toggle switch and make sure all of the joints are soldered properly. You also want to make sure that when the switch is flipped to the bridge or neck(anywhere setting other than the middle), that it is not hitting a grounding wire or anything else on the inside. I have had that problem and after pulling out my toggle switch I noticed that the lever was hitting a wire. The problem has to be somewhere on your toggle switch. Hope this helps!!
