I totally agree that there's no real value in these polls but does anyone know who came up with the list?  Was it a quick vote in the Rolling Stone office or was there a vote with their readers, or by musicians?

Also, it's a pleasant surprise to see Richard Thompson in the top 20.  I saw him do a solo acoustic gig last summer and he was phenominal!

I do like custard creams  and those tins of Fox's favourites are quite nice.

Agreed, Fox's never seem to put a foot wrong in the biscuit stakes.
