And it is ending in a beautiful way.

After the MQ and Mule for my Gibson LP on Monday... a brand new Telecaster on Saturday. Check out the pics. I wasn't a big fan of sunburst, even less with white guard but this one is really growing on me. Not that I had much of a choice it was one of the few last 07 tele the Guitarguitar from Edinburgh has in stock.

It plays really well and sounds great unplugged though. I pent some time playing yesterday afternoon, plugged in the Laney and the FOD. I think there is masses of potential here, I just need to tweak until I find the sweet spots.

Jee it is exciting!

Looking good.My MIM Tele looks similar though mine is a 1950's r/i.

The cap on the Epi can't possibly be Birdseye can it? It is spectacular!

The cap isn't birdseye, it is just a veneer, which I have seen tonight, taking the pups out, is very, very thin. There is a crack in the veneer around one of the screw of the bridge pup ring. But it does the trick, it looks fantastic.

BTW, Anybody interested about my new Tele?

It was the theme of the thread... Who would have thought the Epi would gain more interest??? :D

Forget the epi - i would HAVE SEX, and shameless sex with that tele. it's gorgeous. pretty much perfect.

I'm not a Tele fan, but one of those has even made me consider spending some money before
