And also Dan from Warmoth still hasn't replied after two days so I think Warmoth is out unless something good pops up on the Showcase.
I always go with Spike because I like the man, but you'd better send a mail to "sales@warmoth.com"
Everyone will be able to answer and if I remember correctly, it will be faster to get a answer...

Good that you liked the Ibanez! For biased that I'm I would say: if it really makes you feel "at home", it's something very important to mind... Well, try to play in one Warmoth, some guys here on forum have one...

I've chosen this from the Showcase.

Shall I go for it? I really like it tbh.

Looks good, but I'm not going to say if you should go for it or not.

So what are you planning?  Two humbuckers and a Floyd?

Almost, need to end 100% of the nut, it's on 90% and the wiring...

It's fat... I've few experience in guitars, never played a Gibson, for example... so I can't tell you comparing to others guitars... sorry...
If that international economy crisis end soon, probably in 2010 you'll be able to make a try on it... if last long, god knows when I'll be abroad again

Looks suberb!
It's Canary neck?
Canary with ebony fingerboard sounds very like all maple, as the reviewers told me...

I checked Sims Custom out of the blue and saw I could actually get a decent guitar from them too. £200 cheaper actually..

I've been planning mine for about a year ish, hoping to get started with next months pay check. But i know what you mean about being thorough, its something you definatly want to get right.

BTW, your guitar is Giggity! I think im gonna get one of those angled headstocks (but with a reverse strat headstock) whats your opinion on the angled ones?

The angled headstocks are pretty solid. The head itself is attached with a scarf joint, and there's a thicker reinforement 'lip' on the back, just behind where the nut sits. Much more solid than, say, a Gibson headstock.
Warpigs.

Sims are great, you might wanna go for them instead, also, you'd get alot more options I reckon, it being a smaller company etc.
