OK, this has probably been done before, but I don't get all of the BKP name references.

Some are more obvious than other, I guess - Miracle Man, for example (Zakk Wylde track). And I believe that Painkiller was a Judus Priest album? And Brown Sugar and The Boss are give aways too...

What about the rest?
