OK I'll join in :D
I love LPs, Strats, Teles, SGs, Explorers (funny that, I have at least one of each!)
I can see how someone might think an LP is feminine, but for me it's the one with the least male/female character. It's more like a well made piece of furniture.
To look at, for me, the strat has the sexiest curves. But although I always think of guitars as "she", the strat never reminds me of a woman when I play it - it's more like a very well designed weapon that I have learnt to use and maintain, and that fits me like a glove.
SG I don't bond with so much, no real opinion on it.
Explorer, to me, feels like a great big version of the strat, I've got to be in the right mood, but in essence I feel the same when playing them.
But the tele... it actually feels like a woman when I'm playing it. Never as cuddly as it looks, has a wide range of voices (from shrill bitching to sultry, smokey, "come and get me" tones), is quite moody, doesn't always cooperate, but really rewards you when you put some effort in.
And I never see this "bulbous" thing Roo is always harping on about - I do see what you mean, but I always see the gorgeous curved line from the top bout through to the lower cutaway, there's one (very satisfying) continuous curve there.
