Nice one!  I remember reading a review of a very early Eggle/Climaxe and I'm pretty sure it had that shape and the covered pickups.

I've decided to take it to my tech when I go to pickup my PRS and V, to see what he can do to it.

The frets need a very thorough clean/polish, but the trem is set well and so is the action, so hoepfully it'll be an easy enough job.

I've taken the PEG to my tech tonight when I picked up my PRS and V and it turns out that he had this guitar on his bench about 10 years ago from a previous owner! Said it was the only 1 he'd seen and he's never seen 1 since.

We're discussing putting some Duncans in it for the short term until I can afford some BKPs, just to move out the horrible KAs really!  :lol:

They're the really old 1s. Horrible, horrible pickups  :?

I've decided on putting the Dragon I pickups from my PRS in it for a bit until I can afford and decide on some BKPs for it.
