Sounds like a fair policy.
What is the estimated time duration for the complete job, ie you can do it on the spot while I wait or does it take a few days? Just asking because I would love to sit down and watch you do the wiring. Always loved fiddling with lots of wires :lol:
What is your standard/average charge for such work and what is your hourly rate?
We can't usually do same day stuff - sometimes we either have too much on or get too many phone calls and visitors to make it practical ( we risk a customer waiting and the job not getting finished - upsetting the customer and putting unfair stress on techs which doesn't tend to yield best results). Saturdays in particular can be hectic.
You can call us (Tel 0208 680 9131) and pre-order the pickups to help speed up the job turnaround - once we have the parts in it is usually just a day or so to get it all sorted (depending how busy we are)
To swap over EMG wiring for new passive wiring and installing 2 new pickups is about 1 to 1.5 hours @£40 per hr
