NAD...Soon...
« on: November 15, 2008, 06:06:39 AM »
Pulled the trigger on a Bugera 6262-212 combo.
These amps are kind of an unknown but they seem good for the money, so I'm gonna find out what they're about in about a week's time.
Will post a review if anyone's might be considering something in the bugera lineup.

Looking forward to it... I've seen the head and cabs and they do look bang up to date... hope it sounds as good.

I'll give you what I can when I get my hands on it, should be in about a week's time.
I don't have any kind of a recording setup yet, which sucks. :/

What made you get a 2x12 combo instead of a seperate head and 2x12?

I've had my eye on and off these things as a backup. Heard good and bad. Keep us posted.

Mostly money issues.
I was pretty sure I wanted to try one of the bugera amps, and I found a 212 for cheap, so I went with it.
If I had to buy a head + cab it'd take me ages to save up the money.

TBH I would've preferred head + cab so I could experiment with different cab options.

I don't like combos. I rather have a minimalistic looking amp. That roars sure BROOTALZ of course.

But anyways, post clips when you can.

I'll have to buy a mic or some kidn of direct recording interface then, funds are tight at the moment, but I'll do my best!
