I ordered one of these yesterday.  The description says a Floyd Rose 1000 series.  Anyone played one of these?

Pretty sure we've known about them for a while.

Meant to be pretty good guitars, the 1000 series LTDs are normally superb, I suspect the Eclipses with the floyds are no worse. And its an OFR too, should be a pretty good guitar.

I wonder where the Floyd Rose 1000s are made

The good Floyds that I am used to are the Floyd Rose 100 series - made in Germany

Musiciansfriend has been selling them since about a month ago.  I ordered mine from Piney Hills Music for a better price and it is in shipment to him from Hollywood as we speak.   They just happened to announce it at NAMM
