the blue 2x12 looks gorgeous... very flash though, the 'everything amp should be black, or at least orange but we'll still look at you funny for that one' camp certianly won't like it.
I know lol, some amp 'purists' would be up in arms about it haha. If i did use this particular
company i would get the hessian covering, looks very nice to me.
You will love the overtone - I have one and it is great. Which model are you going for (mine was an easy pick - there was only one!). I am using the TAD 6L6WGC-STR's in it with Tung Sol 12AX7.
I will be getting the S&M special, not sure about the tubes though, might go with the Tung Sol
6L6 re-issue, to be honest i have no idea about the pre- amp valves either, i was thinking mullard
re-issues but that might be a bit too much. I'm glad you like it, all i've heard of it is rave reviews,
but it's nice to hear some one on here giving them praise, especially you phil, i know how much gear you have :lol:. I was looking at the Celestion Gold thinking should i treat myself :? lol
