I have a Jackson DK3 with a floy rose... i guess the right spacing for me is 53mm?

yep. 53mm for a floyd.
And get 4 conductor. That way you have more options how to use it, though you dont necessarily HAVE to use the extra conductors.

Ok guys. I did ordered the 53mm but Tim asks if Im sure that I want 53mm on the NECK 'cause its usually 50mm
anyone?

All neck's are 50mm, so when you ask for 53mm spacing set, it means that you get the bridge pickup with wider spacing, and the neck pickup with standard
