Yep... the 20W head seems to be right what I want, but I don't know why I keep on forgetting  :lol: I had a VC15 and also used it as a clean platform. Maybe I don't like EL84s that much...

I'm seriously considering selling the Edwards, not settling for too little (if no one wants it I'm happy to keep it!) and use half the funds towards a second hand Tokai LS85, half towards a better amp...

Ok I thought this through...
I do not want to sell the LP right now. If I sell it, it'd be to get a Tokai and I wouldn't make much money on it. Not worth it. And I love that LP. I got a decent deal on it and selling it in the hope of a better deal is just not feasable nor rational.
I could sell the AOR and get only about £200 for it. Not enough to start an amp budget.

I'm leaving the UK this summer, possibly forever (no real clue).

Soooo... there's no point in doing anything right now. I'm getting the red Charvel finally finished, then it'll be sold (£200 in the bank, woot) which will go towards my debts, then I'll just start life, get a job etc... I'm sticking with my gear for now. It's ok for both gigging and bedroom. There will be at some point an amp much more adapted to my tastes, so we'll see.

I've seen great reviews of the Egnater Rebel (EL84 and 6V6 with a blend control, variable output from 1 watt to 20).

In the States they have the head at musicians friend for $599.

Not sure if it is available in the UK or the price there, but if it is it will go from Marshall/Vox (EL84) to Fender (6V6).

Not yet arrived in the UK, and single channels, not really for me. It does seem like a pretty cool amp I gotta say though!

Something like the Blackstar HT5 for home and a Rocker 30 for live would be perfect  :lol:
