Putting together a rack mounted setup......

Further to my earlier post, has anyone got any experience of the Studio Preamp? as i can probably pick this up with the poweramp for £800. Just want to know about reliability and range of tones available.

I tried the rack route after much deliberation that it would be the most versitile setup you can make,
so i got a 9200 power amp, mesa boogie pre and an fx processor.

once I tried to lift his monsterous 40kg+ rig.. i decided I'd go back to a head lol.

kept the rack fx unit though, we have FX loops these days.
