Hey guys opinions please. I have a Caparison Horus and another one on order. The one I have now has a mahogany body, maple neck and rosewood board. It is tuned to E standard. The one I have on order has a walnut body, maple neck and maple board. It will be tuned to B standard. Now I have a Painkiller and a Holy Diver. I was thinking the walnut and maple guitar may be too bright for the PK, but also was thinking that being in B standard it may work out just fine. On the other hand on I know the HD will be awesome in E standard, but might not hold up as well tuning down to B. Please give me your opinions. Thanks. Also just to let you guys know this dillemma was caused because my Painkiller was originally ordered for another Mahogany bodied Caparison that was damaged in shipping and the HD was ordered for my mahogany Horus that I already have. I now have the walnut bodied Horus ordered as a replacement, but already have the PK and HD. Thanks again.
