Outer coils/Humbackers/Inner Coils - Mod

Hi Guys, I've modifiyed again my music man john petrucci, I've upgraded it with BK nailbomb bridge and cold sweat neck, 3 way les paul switch and a Double Pole ON/OFF/ON Mini Toggle Switch to split humbackers:

Outer coils - Humbacker - Inner Coils

I've followed the following wiring diagram from www.guitarelectronics.com

but when I use the mini switch in the middle position of the 3-Way les paul stlyle switch I get:

outher neck/inner bridge

both humbacker

inner neck/outher bridge


can someone help me to fix this? I don't know where I got wrong
