Samsung pickups?

Err what the hell? Me & SG pulled one of these out of my Epiphone Black custom...I didin't know they even made these! Anyone know anything about them

Saw these years ago when changing pickups - they werent too awful - just needed wax dipping usually

I think I found them in one of the Epis I BKP'd up as well. If it's the guitar I think it was, they did sterling work, it was the last guitar I gigged years back.

I seem to remember I did have some feedback issues early on, but I usually managed to sort it with tiny tweaks to polepieces. Then when it all rusted together after a few gigs it was right-as-rain :lol:

yeah i had some in my epi LP many years ago, no idea what they sounded like, at the time i was playing through a marshall valvestate, but now havent had those pickups in there for about 7 years. i think theyre still floating around in my room somewhere though
