I notice it says "Burny" at the top of the page.......... which incidentally would be my advise.  I also lik ethe use of the wrong size screws for the nut/bridge/whatever you'd call it.

Good to see someone putting "fender-type" vintage slotted tuners on a Les Paul...

(My personal favourite sort of tuner... and I always try to find something nice to say when I contribute to a thread)

But other than that... oh dear, oh dear, oh dear...

sheessh!!

Perhaps it was an Epi & he was ashamed to be seen with Epiphone on the headstock?  If it was a Gibson, it's a vile profanity above all else (well, except some of the things Gibson themselves have done... :))

When I first saw it I thought that someone had tried to fit Steinberger style double-ball strings on it.

I suspect a broken headstock that they tried to be creative in fixing...

Oh dear...

I think the web page says it was a Burny.  Still, there is no excuse.

For something that so much thought clearly went into, it's all kinds of wrong. It's a shame http://thereifixedit.com/ doesn't have a guitar section, cos that's where this thing belongs!

I don't like those splayed strings over the bridge. Guess they had to space them out to fit the tuning pegs in.
BKPs i have: Riff Raffs, CS bridge.
BKPs i want: NB + Trilogies or ITs.
