Wow ! I am really looking forward to seeing ( and hearing ! ) more .  :D

I have never tried my M.Q.s in the Les Paul - as once a set of Mules went in ...  PDT_003

Had I a second Les Paul, the M.Qs would have gone straight in - as I imagine that the combination would sound incredible . Do post some sound clips of the finished product .  :D

yes feline i have mules in the gold top and they are superb , just put the mqs in the other les paul, and again totally transformed the guitar, thought the guitar may just have been a "dead one" had a couple of gibson les pauls that have sounded below par no matter what pickups went in them. ill upload some pics in a bit, i do have one more les paul standard that is stock at the moment that actually doesnt sound that bad with the burstbuckers, so im wondering how much better its gonna sound with the set of nailbombs that i will eventually put in them. i wish bareknuckles had come about a lot earlier than they did would have saved a lot of time and rewires! especially in semis , although ive now mastered the art of gutting a semi!

Nice! Been contemplating which pickups to get for my SG when I can afford. Currently it's between MQs and Riff Raffs..

Gorgeous Lee !  :)

I love that whole 'Straight on' , tastefully vibrant Blue / chrome / white thing going on there.  It's funny how you can eventually get so used to the M.Q. / Manhattan / P90 centered pole pieces ;  that when ( for example ) I put the Stormy Mondays in my Ibanez AF75 ( after first trying the M.Qs )  - it looked strange to have the Humbucker pole pieces in the 'wrong' place .

As much as I love the M.Qs ;  Twinfan has brainwashed me into thinking S.G = Riff Raff , and Riff Raff = S.G.

Having said that, he also convinced me to post him my credit card ...

 I thought as much. Actually just raised the Gibson pickups a load (they were sounding weak and shite) and now the guitar sounds awesome plugged in, can't stop playing it. We'll see how long that lasts!
