hello everyone i am new to the forum after waiting for what feels like a life time to get my computer to coopereate with my request. i've already posted something very similar to this however my computer isn't fond of actually doing anything so it didn't work.
anyway. i need some advice because when it comes to pickups i don't know very much. i'm going to get a bridge abraxas pickup but i'm stuck as to which magnets to get. i'm basically looking for the brightest most powerful tone possible and i don't really know how the different magnets compare tonally. does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi There,
     Alnico IV has a very balanced sweet tone. Alnico V has a more agressive tone, a bit more bass and top end to it. I would reccomend alnico V for what you want.
